1. What gym equipment do I need at home?
You don't need any gym equipment at all!
The app already has hundreds of highly-effective body-weight workouts ready to go. If you have minimal equipment such as an aerobic step and barbell, there are classes that cater to this equipment. If you have a spin bike, there is a whole library of cycle classes ready to use. And we even have classes that utilise a mini-trampline!
We recommend you start with the body-weight classes and slowly start to build a small gym setup that suits the classes you enjoy and the space you have available at home.
2. What type of device do I need to be able to access the app?
The app can be accessed from any smart device such as smart phone, tablet, laptop and/or smart TV.
You can simply download the app directly from the App Store or use a website link and easily access it just like you would any other website. It's super-easy to use and we're available to help you get it setup!
3. How fit do I need to be to start?
You don't need to be fit at all! The app has hundreds of different workouts for different fitness levels, including complete beginner workouts which are low impact and as short as 15 minutes.
As your fitness increases, you can progressively work towards the intermediate and more advanced workouts and increase the length of your training to 30 minutes, 45 minutes and then 1 hour!
In addition to our Home Fitness app, we offer a variety of transformation services (both face-to-face and online) based on member demand.
